With us you can have steel, stainless steel and aluminum with a thickness of up to 10 mm and a maximum pleat length of 4 meters bent.
We bend your material on a bending machine with an optical laser angle gauge and automatic bending correction, for an optimal bending result.
Upload your 3D drawings in step or solidworks format and our online tool will make a quotation.
We ask you to also add a PDF drawing indicating the critical dimensions and tolerances. Pleating tolerances (approximate)
Up to 500 mm +/- 1 mm
From 500 to 1000 mm +/- 2 mm
Above 1000mm +/- 5mm
These bending tolerances depend on the complexity of the product. Moreover, we always first check the manufacturability of your product.
Our tool can calculate quotes for drawings that meet our guidelines.
It is important that your drawing contains only 1 piece and that the contours are closed and frames, dimensions or texts are hidden.
The supported formats are DXF or DWG.
